What the request form collects

Whatever you type into it: name, phone, email, the street address of the house, the neighborhood you pick, the service you pick and your note. The server also logs the page you sent it from and your IP address, and uses the address only to screen out automated spam.

What the phone line collects

Calls to the number on this site are routed through a call-handling service to an independent contractor. The service logs the number that called and when, so a missed call can be returned.

Who sees your request

One independent roofing or siding contractor who covers the area you gave, so that they can reply. Requests are never sold, rented or passed to anyone else.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits and see which pages are read. Should advertising tags from Google or Meta be added in future, they would set cookies to show ads to people who visited. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time.

Deleting a request

Send a note through the contact form asking for deletion, with the phone number you used on the original request so it can be found.
